1. 将涂片置于95%乙醇中固定5分钟以上，自来水冲洗;
2. 浸入苏木精染液中(2～3)分钟，自来水冲洗;
3. 浸入盐酸分化液中分化(1～3)秒，自来水冲洗;
4. 浸入碳酸锂中(3～5)秒，自来水冲洗;
5. 浸入橘黄G染液中染30秒，自来水冲洗;
6. 浸入EA50染液中染色(1～2)分钟，自来水冲洗。
7. 95%乙醇分化(5～10)秒;
8. 吹干;
9. 石蜡油透明;
10. 加盖玻片镜检。
